It’s taken a fair old bit of graft this summer but we’re pleased to announce our new website is live. We’ve updated our site to reflect a lot of the hard work that has gone on behind the scenes at Cotswold Catering and Event Hire – and to make it easier for you to get better value with catering equipment hire, exhibition furniture and event hire.
The first thing you might notice on the home page is our carriage calculator. We’ve always been proud about how we’re upfront with our pricing, and this nifty little widget is part of our commitment to that. Simply add your venue postcode into the box provided and the widget will tell you exactly how much standard delivery will cost.
In the checkout we’ve added a new delivery option – Premium Delivery. Our Premium Delivery service is useful for when you know that there won’t be anyone on hand to help our drivers when they come to deliver or collect your hire equipment and is particularly useful with heavy equipment. Selecting this option will ensure two people will come to do your delivery, making it smoother and more efficient.
We’ve always delivered seven days a week between 8am and 8pm but sometimes events don’t quite fall that way. If you need an out of hours or timed delivery, call our team on 0800 910 1001 and we’ll be happy to discuss with you how we can help.
One thing we’ve noticed over the summer is the veritable explosion of events that take place every week around the Cotswolds area. From company conferences to trade shows and panel events, there is something interesting going on every day it seems. This is reflected in the type of orders we receive and an increase in requests for more and more esoteric types of event hire.
With this in mind we’ve worked hard to source new suppliers over the summer in order for us to add new product lines such as pizza ovens, basketball machines and even inflatable furniture. We’ve rejigged our categories slightly and we’re working on adding extra information to all products to help you make an informed choice on what you want to hire.
If you’ve used us before, you’ll know how busy we’ve been this summer and how hard it has been for us to keep up at times. With this in mind we wanted to say thank you to our loyal customers who have been with us as we have made these changes.
