Find out how our cancellation policies work now that coronavirus restrictions have mostly been eased off, and what we will do in the unlikely event they are reintroduced.
Update 17 June 2021
With the recent government announcement that the final stage of lifting of restrictions has been held back for four weeks, we understand that customers may have to reschedule or cancel their orders with us.
It’s imperative if you need to do this to email email@example.com ASAP with your order number so we can sort this out for you.
Should you need to do this, we will place your order on hold pending your choice on the following two options.
We can either reschedule your order to a new date at no extra charge
We can offer a credit note for 100% of the value of the order, which is valid until the end of 2022.
If you have an outstanding credit note with us, we are happy to extend the validity of that credit note until the end of 2022 against any order you wish to place with us, subject to availability.
Hopefully this is the final extension of restrictions and we can all return to normal in July.
