Whether for water or hi-ball style drinks, tumblers a versatile glass. We have thousands in stock ready to go out to your occasion in Cheltenhan and Gloucester.
Although the humble tumbler is one of the more basic styles of glasses we stock, they are also the most popular. Tumblers are mostly used as water glasses but are suitable for any kind of drink.
Tumblers are straight glasses, with a heavy base to prevent being tipped over. The taller versions of these glasses are called hi-ball tumblers and typically come in a size of 12oz or 300ml. These glasses are commonly used for water, but can also be used for soft drinks, beer or cocktails. The smaller versions of these glasses are called lo-ball and tend to be wider in diameter. They are particularly used as whiskey glasses and are normally in 7.75oz and 11oz sizes.
One thing we have learned from our experience of delivering glassware to Gloucestershire and the surrounding area is that glasses most frequently get broken while they are being cleaned.
It's because of this we have had to make it mandatory for all glassware items to have the send it back dirty option added at checkout. All we ask customers to do is to make sure glasses are empty of liquids and any food debris before they repack them ready for collection.
All of our tumblers for hire are cleaned and checked prior to dispatch. We use specialised crates to ensure our glasses reach you in perfect condition. However, damage in transit does sometimes occur and we always recommend ordering a few extra tumblers than needed to allow for that.
